If cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance, no fee will be applied.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the hire date, a fee equivalent to 1 day’s hire will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the hire date, a fee equivalent to 3 days’ hire will be charged.
